OKO STEP 1 LIFT and OKO STEP 2 FIX & VOLUME – a comprehensive system for eyelash lamination and long-term eyebrow styling, consisting of two stages.
STEP 1 LIFT has an alkaline environment and is responsible for breaking disulfide bonds, loosening the hair structure for better penetration of active ingredients. It can be used with or without film, with the film accelerating the process and helping to manage curly hairs.
STEP 2 FIX & VOLUME has an acidic environment and neutralizes the action of the first solution, restoring the disulfide bonds. This makes the hairs stronger and more elastic, fixing the desired shape.
Both products have an economical and convenient consistency for work. One sachet of STEP 1 is enough for 4-5 eyelash lamination procedures or 3-4 eyebrow styling procedures. STEP 2 is designed for 5-6 lamination procedures and 4-5 eyebrow styling procedures.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Process a Return
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Email us at marychebanenko@gmail.com, including your order number in the subject line (found in your order confirmation). Our team will then provide you with return instructions.
- If an item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.
- Free return shipping is available for customers within the U.S.
- Any damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately. Please email photos of the damage to marychebanenko@gmail.com.
