At MARY LASH, we believe every lash artist deserves tools they love and can rely on. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t right, contact us at marychebanenko@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process to ensure you get exactly what you need.

How to Process a Return

1. Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing marychebanenko@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
2. Our team will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
3. If an item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace it at no extra cost.
4. Free return shipping is available for customers within the U.S.
5. Any damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately. Please email photos of the damage to marychebanenko@gmail.com.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Returns are only available for U.S. customers.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via:
✔ The original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay)
✔ A store credit for future purchases (optional alternative)

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defect or store error, MARY LASH will cover the shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
