OKO Facial Film Wax Neptune 100 g
Neptune is a film (hard) wax for facial hair removal that cares for the skin and removes even the finest hairs. Its unique formula lets you work quickly, precisely and gently for a flawless result every time. Oils and wheat germ extract moisturize and nourish, leaving facial skin smooth, clean and healthy. Suitable for all facial skin types.
How to use
- Remove makeup and cleanse the skin; make sure it is dry. Talc may be applied first.
- Melt the wax completely in a wax warmer.
- Apply a thin, even layer in the direction of hair growth with a wooden spatula; wait a few seconds until it sets into a film.
- Remove with one quick movement against the direction of hair growth.
- Remove residue with post-wax oil; use a soothing product if redness appears.
- Apply SPF after the procedure.

How to Process a Return
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Email us at marychebanenko@gmail.com, including your order number in the subject line (found in your order confirmation). Our team will then provide you with return instructions.
- If an item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.
- Return shipping is free if the item is defective or we made a mistake. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Any damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately. Please email photos of the damage to marychebanenko@gmail.com.
