Directions for use:
For eyebrows:
1. Outline the brows with a brush before tinting.
2. Apply the brow shape to the brows, filling in any gaps between hairs using an upward motion. Blend with a brush if necessary.
For eyes:
1. Apply pencil to eyelids or eyeshadow base and blend until completely dry.
2. Set the pencil with dry eyeshadow.
