Hair Well Oxidant 2%
The Hair Well Oxidant is specially formulated for coloring natural eyelashes and does not work independently; it must be mixed with hair dye. It is very economical to use and has a subtle fragrance. The oxidant contains glycerin and various oils that care for lashes and brow hairs, nourishing and moisturizing them while protecting them from harmful environmental factors and stimulating growth. It is suitable for coloring eyelashes and can be used in conjunction with eyelash lamination and perming procedures.

- If an item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.
- Free return shipping is available for customers within the U.S.
- Any damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately. Please email photos of the damage to marychebanenko@gmail.com.
