The Elan Keratin Cleaner is a professional pre-treatment tonic designed to gently yet effectively remove excess oil and impurities from the eyebrow and eyelash area before tinting. It also works perfectly for removing pencil or mapping marks when shaping brows.
Enriched with soy and silk proteins as well as hydrolyzed keratin, the tonic helps to strengthen brow and lash hairs. Sorbitol and urea provide hydration and nourishment for the skin, making it suitable for all skin types.
