If something isn’t right, please reach out to us at marychebanenko@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We want to make sure you’re happy with your products, and we’ll help facilitate the return or exchange process.

How to Process a Return

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Email us at marychebanenko@gmail.com, including your order number in the subject line (found in your order confirmation). Our team will then provide you with return instructions.
• If an item is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.
• Free return shipping is available for customers within the U.S.
• Any damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately. Please email photos of the damage to marychebanenko@gmail.com.
